The pope,
infallible
when it comes to matters
of faith and morals, but not the
weather.
Pax et bonum
These are the reflections of a Secular Franciscan. I look not only at my own spiritual journey, but also at issues of life, economic and social justice, morality, the arts, and more through the lens of Franciscan Spirituality.

Um he's only infallible on matters of faith and morals when he teaches ex cathedral, and that's only happened once since the conclusion of Vatican I.
First, it's humor.
Second, it's poetry.
Third, I did say he's only infallible when it comes to matters of faith and morals; there was no more room for a fuller explanation due to the poetic form.
Fourth, it's "ex cathedra."
