O Lord, grant that all Your servants may remain continually in the enjoyment of health of mind and body, that they may be treated with compassion, justice, and fairness, and through the glorious intercession of Mary, the Mother of Mercy, may be delivered from any present sadness, and enter into the joy of eternal happiness. Amen.

I would have left the one about equality out; I don't think we know what that is, or are confused in our beliefs about what is "equal." Equal is not always "fair."
Looking at some of the other lines, I am reminded of the Litany For Humility, a truly difficult prayer. Perhaps you could take some of the other lines from there and use them in the Mary Mercy litany. Then we could pray for Mary to be with us, and help us in our becoming humble.
Interesting point. I was thinking in terms of equal treatment in the of races, religions, men and women, especially in terms of the law. But it might also be misused - as with homosexuals arguing about so-called "marriage equality." I'll have to mull that one over.
