So I did take the plunge.
I announced my candidacy as a write-in candidate for Gates Town Board.
I created a Facebook campaign page, put out the word among my Facebook friends, and announced it to my circle of pro-life friends.
Not sure how many votes I'll get - beyond my own - but it might get the word out about life issues, and will possibly help to promote the American Solidarity Party.
We'll see.
