Note that in 1972, the year before Roe, 63 women died from induced abortions, not the tens of thousands prochoicers claimed (that was an intentional lie, as Dr. Bernard Nathanson later admitted). And of those 63 deaths, 24 were from legal abortions.
These figures do not include the millions of children killed, of course.
